Hilary is an experienced influencer, researcher and policy advisor. She has a proven track record in influencing legislation and policy areas such as (Fair) Trade rules and practices, climate change, reducing inequality and the quantity and quality of sustainable and climate finance. She has coordinated campaigns and advocacy towards multilateral institutions such as the United Nations, World Bank Group and the European Union and regularly provides insight and intelligence on multilateral institutions and processes. Currently she is a consultant delivering work to a range of clients such as policy analysis, research and advice on advocacy strategies.

In addition she is Chair of Jersey Association of Youth and Fellowship (JAYF), Committee Member of Le Comite de la Commune Rurale de St Jean and Editor of St John’s parish magazine.
