She has a track record of driving transformational changes that span across culture, engagement, governance, leadership and business operations. Rosemarie is the Chief Executive of Family Nursing & Home Care, and her previous roles have included Associate Chief Nurse in the community and acute NHS services, Chief Executive of Myeloma UK, National Epilepsy Society, and the St Barnabas Hospices Group in Sussex. Key drivers for Rosemarie are to use her valuable experience and passion for delivering health and care services that make a real difference to people’s lives. To do this she believes that stakeholders need to work in partnership to deliver joined up, efficient services that make a measurable difference to the health and wellbeing of individuals and the wider population. Services need to always put people at the heart of everything they do and respond to the actual assessed needs.
