We are looking for an experienced and personable leader to join our team as Head of Impact and Programmes.

In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for overseeing all deliverable aspects of the Foundation’s grant programmes, managing a high-performing team and working closely with the CEO to drive our strategic development.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Foundation, develop key relationships and ensure our services deliver the highest impact for our island community.

Part-time: 21-28 hours/week

Location: Remote working, with flexibility for meetings and project visits
