Criteria for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Educational Grants
Project focus areas:
Applicants should propose initiatives that align with at least one of the following:
• Education and training – DE&I workshops, leadership development or professional training
• Community engagement – Programmes that bring diverse communities together
• Equity and access – Initiatives that reduce barriers for marginalised groups
• Arts and media for inclusion – Projects amplifying underrepresented voices
• Workplace and organisational change – Programmes promoting fair hiring, retention and accessibility
What we fund:
We seek projects that:
• Provide DE&I education and training for students, educators or workplaces
• Develop mentorship or leadership programmes for underrepresented communities
• Promote cultural awareness and reduce bias through community engagement
• Use arts, storytelling or media to amplify diverse voices
• Advance equitable policies and practices in workplaces or institutions
Grant amounts and timeline:
• Grant awards range from £500 – £20,000
• Projects should be completed within 12 months from the project start date
• Application deadline: Grant Round Closing Dates
Review and selection process:
Applications will be reviewed by a diverse panel of community leaders, DE&I experts and Foundation representatives. Successful projects will demonstrate clear impact and community involvement.
