Head of Impact and Programmes

As the Head of Impact and Programmes for the Jersey Community Foundation, Sara is passionate about driving positive change and ensuring impactful, sustainable programmes that enhance the social infrastructure of Jersey. Having lived on the island since 2005, Sara is deeply committed to supporting local community and islander.

With over 15 years of experience across leadership, operations, and programme management, Sara brings a diverse skill set to this role. She has led and delivered major programmes of work, driving value through evaluation of effectiveness and impact. Her background includes extensive experience in the charitable sector, having volunteered for two local children’s charities and served on the board of a children’s charity for seven years. She is also a dedicated working to align donor intentions with community needs.
